YOUR JOBS:

Conduct regular audits and identify areas for improvement.
Optimize packaging methods to minimize costs, maximize space efficiency, enhance product protection and comply with export regulations and reduce transit damages.

Train, mentor, and empower team members with advanced technical skills and industry best practices.
Ensure seamless integration and coordination across CAD, BOM, production, and procurement teams for optimal efficiency.
Collaborate closely with the production team to ensure seamless component compatibility and manufacturability.

Establish and maintain standards for BOM, CAD, and packaging processes.
Lead the CAD team in designing precise 3D models and comprehensive technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with international industry regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with suppliers to select high- quality packaging materials and maintain stringent quality control.
Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement to drive excellence.
Build and cultivate a high- performing technical team driven by expertise and innovation.
For seamless integration, develop and manage structured CAD libraries and coding systems within Odoo.
Ensure precise BOM data management in the Odoo system, covering materials, dimensions, and specifications.
Develop, review, and maintain accurate Bill of Materials (BOM) for packaging and production processes.
Ensure data from the CAD team is sent out of the company or sent to related departments is correct

Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
Strong leadership skills, coupled with the ability to work independently.
Good communication and teamwork skills
Proficient in CAD, Inventor, Solidworks software and other design tools, MS Office (Word, Excel).
Bachelor&039;s or advanced degree in Industrial Design, Furniture Engineering, or a related field
Understanding of product research and development processes and techniques
Exceptional decision- making skills in strategic and operational contexts..
In- depth knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and furniture design principles.
5 years of relevant work experience.
Able to work well under pressure and tight timelines.
Proven track record of successful project management in the furniture industry.
Proficiency in English.
Have experience with Odoo ERP Systems
