Technical Specialist (ArchiCAD)

Prepare specialized Allplan training programs/course/documents (webinar, videos, etc.) and conduct the presentation to customers/external parties,
Provide technical support for software development team;
Creation and maintenance of technical documentation (FAQs), how to guides and videos and promotes documentation/videos,
Collaborate and exchange knowledge and expertise with development department at GSI Group,
Assisting Sales team on technical consult and presentation to prospects,
Provide technical product support and training for customers and prospects in Archicad (Graphisoft) usage and broader implementation into the design workflows,
Assist in infrastructure project design;

• Bachelor/ Master's degree in Civil/Infrastructure Engineering, or related field;
• At least 5 years’ experience in infrastructure design of local projects (SE-Asia)
• Having experience on BIM and its standards
• At least 3 years experience in Archicad
• Experience in other drafting / BIM software is a plus
• A customer-centric attitude
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Structured working manor, good analytical skills, and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skill
• Ability to define, organize and prioritize tasks independently
• Being enthusiastic, flexible, and willing to travel nationally to visit potential/existing customers.
• Good English: speaking, reading
• Native local Language skills
