Technical Sales Senior Analyst

POSITION SUMMARY

This position serves as a Vertiv solution consultant and subject- matter expert, focusing on understanding customer needs and delivering strong Vertiv solutions. The role works closely with the sales team to increase win rates and drive business success for Vertiv.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Match customer needs with Vertiv products / systems / services & translate end- to- end solutions to sales proposition with clear customer value and benefits.
RFI, RFP, and RFQ support.
Work co- operation with local & regional technical support, service & sales team.
Engaging local M&E consultants and Datacenter consultants for design supporting following Vertiv specifications.
Provide technical training to sale team partners, customers on system operations, solutions.
Support presales activities, e.g. proposal generation, product position, solution offer, responding to technical clarifications in tender.
Prepares technical presentations of power and thermal solutions, architecture – feature design and delivers to customers.
Provide pre- sales technical support to the sales force to address customers ‘usability, solutions, and implementation issues.
Able to understand system level design principles, read and interpret CAD drawings, specifications and compliance.
Support presales site activities, e.g. preliminary site visit, coordinating trial test supports / preparation/ solutions presentation to customers.

QUALIFICATIONS

University degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanical engineering or related fields
Who graduated from Hanoi/ HCM University of Science & Technology or University of Transport & Community or University of Science
At least 3 years’ experience in electrical, cooling system or more work experience in a similar role
Details, careful, dynamic and hard working.
English fluently with at least 3 skills: Listening, reading & writing.
Must be able to work in team, in good spirit, take initiatives and under pressure
Have knowledge on industrial CAD drawing in electrical and machnical design.

Other technical skills:

Experience of Datacenter architecture would be great advance
Experience of UPS, Precision Cooling would be advantage

Other skills:

Keen to learn the new things at work.
Good at negotiation, communication and technical presentation skills.
Willing to take business trip to Ho Chi Minh, Da Nang.
Strong problem solving skills, concentration, pro- active and independent.
Excellent in logical thinking.
