Technical Sales Engineer

Business Development:

Identify and target potential OEM partners for business relationships in Vietnam & SEA region

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales goals and expand market presence in Vietnam & SEA

Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and other marketing campaigns.

Technical Sales & Consultation:

Provide technical information and demonstrations of products and solutions to OEM customers.

Collaborate with customer engineering teams to illustrate the value propositions of products.

Support the technology evaluation stage of the sales process and address customer technical requirements.

Account Management & Customer Relations:

Manage existing OEM accounts and build strong relationships.

Provide customer service and support, including technical advice and resolving issues with installed products.

Gather and log client feedback to help develop new sales and marketing strategies.

Sales Operations & Management:

Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competition, and opportunities in the OEM market.

Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, presentations, and technical documents.

Negotiate on terms, pricing and secure long- term contracts with OEM partners.

Track sales activities, report progress, and meet sales targets and quotas.

Collaborate with internal technical, product development, and sales teams to meet customer needs.

2- 3 years’ experience in an OEM sales role in Vietnam & SEA region
A bachelor&039;s degree in Mechanical Engineering
Strong understanding of the technical aspects of the HVAC&R & its products
Well presented with excellent communication skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Familiarity with thermal, acoustic insulation and HVAC&R products
English language proficiency.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
