Lead and coordinate our cross- disciplinary team to consistently deliver high- quality, innovative software on a reliable cadence. You&039;ll directly manage the sprint- to- release pipeline, proactively identifying risks, clarifying scope, and facilitating clear communication across the team. Some of your time will involve handling reactive tasks, responding quickly to scope changes, urgent requests, and ad hoc needs.
Key Responsibilities

Production Planning:
Maintain clarity on priorities through daily stand- ups, alignment meetings, and backlog management.
Own sprint planning and execution. Break down product features into actionable tasks in Jira.
Team Coordination:
Facilitate cross- functional collaboration among artists, animators, audio designers, engineers, and UX designers through regular check- ins and clear documentation.
Coordinate internal proof- of- concept (POC) projects, ensuring alignment with broader production objectives.
Coordinate effectively across multiple global teams and time zones.
Lead alignment meetings to resolve scope issues, scheduling conflicts, and resource dependencies.
Quality Assurance: Partner with our QA to maintain rigorous release checklists, manage bug triage, and drive consistently high product quality.
Documentation and Reporting:
Keep project documentation updated in Confluence and Jira, maintain dashboards to communicate progress clearly.
Provide concise weekly reports and regular one- on- one alignment meetings with the CEO, highlighting progress, risks, and recommended actions.
Establish clear, data- driven reporting, including dashboards and risk metrics for executive visibility.
Process Improvement:
Continuously refine Agile processes including definition- of- done, playtesting cycles, and estimation accuracy.
Provide Agile best- practice coaching and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the team.
Participate in the development and improvement of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline team operations.
Feature and Platform Coordination:
Lead or participate in feature- specific coordination meetings, ensuring clarity and alignment on priorities and technical dependencies.
Coordinate the development and integration of core internal platform components that enable the rapid development of user- facing features.
Operational Management:
Proactively remove blockers by clarifying requirements, chasing dependencies, and escalating issues promptly.
Occasionally participate in critical meetings outside standard working hours to accommodate cross- team coordination needs.
Maintain and improve internal tracking systems to ensure clear task follow- ups and accountability across teams.
Stakeholder Communication:
Act as the primary point- of- contact for daily production needs, ensuring timely responses to feedback from senior leadership.

Yêu cầu công việcQualifications and Skills

Proven experience using Agile tools (Jira, Confluence) and effectively facilitating Agile methodologies.
Comfortable operating within a highly iterative process necessitated by innovation, especially in new fields, platforms, and product types.
5+ years in technical project management or production roles delivering software, games, or interactive media products.
Ability to clearly define problems and efficiently coordinate solutions across diverse teams.
Strong commitment to maintaining confidentiality and professional integrity.
Calm under pressure, solution- oriented, and proactive in risk mitigation.
Strong communication skills in English. Vietnamese language skills are beneficial but not mandatory.
Solid understanding of Unity and comfort interpreting technical information.

High product quality standards consistently met through disciplined QA processes.
Effective daily alignment with art, animation, audio, engineering, AI, and product operation teams, fostering a smooth, collaborative production environment.
Clear, proactive communication of project risks to the CEO, enabling informed decision- making.
Regular, predictable software releases every two weeks without crunch periods.
