Job Description:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Technical Project Manager for Software Team. In this role, your duties will include but not limit to:
To manage software development project including but not limited to estimation, planning, scope management, resource management, risk management, quality management ( Ensure the quality of the deliveries and Manage staffs and assign works according to project needs)
To support recruitment in the company.
Manage team size 9 ~ 20 members
To produce activity reports for all operations of the team (daily, weekly, monthly ...)
Communicating project technical issues and progress with clients and help clients in technical support;
To support for presales activities (technical proposal and estimation);
To implement strictly all the customer’s processes if being requested, the company’s processes and systems complied with CMMI standard;
To perform training/seminars.
Required skills/Experience:
Project management, Problem solving skills
Good at English speaking/writing skills; can confidently discuss with clients about technical approaches or issues in detail
Able to work toward tight deadlines and in pressure situations
experience while gaining their respect.
At least 7 years of development experience in Java/.Net and strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, cloud computing
Experience in working as Project Manager
Experience in manage people with various skills sets and years of
Experience in Agile / Scrum
Years of experiences:
At least 5 Years of experience
