Technical Manager

Provide technical services to IT and business users and ensure optimal system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.Manage system related projects to ensure reliable system availability for application development and production and provide regular/timely/accurate status reporting
Provide technical support and advice to various IT operations and application development, IT management and relevant business units

Good knowledge of IT Security methodologies, incident response and management, as well as threat and vulnerability management.
Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in technical IT roles, with at least 3 years technical experience and solid skillset in Next Generation Firewall and Networking /infrastructure/ VPN solutions.
Less experience will be considered as Assistant Technical Manager, Information Security
Holder of CCNP/CCIE/NSE7/CCSM/HCIE/CISP/CISSP/CCSP will be advantageous.
Hands on experience with IPS/WAF/DDoS protection, and ability to collaborate with cyber security team to enhance detection/protection capability by using detection rules, correlation and modelling in SIEM.
Experience in secure network infrastructure, Anti- DDoS, Security Vulnerabilities Scanner, IDS/IPS, WAF, Secure MTA, SSL- VPN, Internet Proxy, SWG, as well as DNS hosting.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to create and present technical concepts and reports to senior IT management.
A university degree with strong technical background, particularly in Information Technology/Computer Science or related Information Security.
Knowledge in SD- Wan, Security and Networking Solutions and such network routing and switching, firewall and etc.
Strong understanding of networking protocols, operating systems and cyber security concepts and technologies.
Hands on experience with web application firewall (Imperva), next generation firewall (FortiGate, Check Point, Palo Alto) is a must and preferable to have experience with Zscaler.
