Technical Leader ( React Native )

• Write testable, scalable, and efficient code, leading by example, and setting coding standards for the team
• Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements, leverage your technical expertise and problem- solving skills.
• Ensure that software quality standards are met by enforcing code standards, conduct rigorous testing, and implement continuous improvement processes.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering their professional growth, and encourage the adoption of industry best practices
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to align technical solutions with business goals and deliver effective and impactful software applications.
• Direct the development team in all aspects of the software development life cycle, including design, development, coding, testing, and debugging, to deliver high- quality solutions.
• Know how to trade off and collaborate in very detail with other stakeholders to understand the business and effectively translate them into technical requirements for the development team.
• Stay updated with the latest technologies and industry trends, continuously enhance technical skills, and drive innovation within the development team
• Overall review the tasks outcome and assign tasks for all members.
• Plan and document comprehensive technical specifications for features or system design, ensure a clear roadmap for development and implementation.

• Have Superb/fluent English (8/10 and up)
• Have great communication skill
• Strong technical expertise (app architecture and React Native hands- on experiences)
• Have team lead experience of at least 2 years, and Dev level should be > = 4 (according to FPT level) and have more than 7 years working experience of the React Native skill
• Must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Computer Science or Information Technology
