- Design and develop advanced applications for the Java platform
- Create user and technical documentation
- Mentor & train junior engineers in the team on adopting right engineering practices
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define and design new features
- Provide high- level initial evaluations, in order to get an overall product backlog item estimate
- Identify and resolve bottlenecks, rectify bugs and improve application performance.

- Good English communication skills
- Ability to design the system that meets user requirements
- Familiar with: Open- source frameworks/technologies such as Spring, Angular, Node.JS, Hibernate; Content/documents management, workflow/case management; DevSecOps and tools used.
- Experience with Git.
- Sound knowledge of estimation techniques
- Knowledge of databases like Posgresql, DynamondDB, Redis
- Computer science, software engineering, information technology graduate, or similar.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, Microservices
- Knowledge of AWS is strong plus
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in development with Java technology.
- Knowledge of security and experience in writing secure and efficient codes.
- Deep understanding of Object Oriental Programming, Data Structures & Algorithms.
- Experience in implementing & maintaining Continuous Integration and Deployment process.
