JOB DESCRIPTION:
Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
Keeping up- to- date with industry trends and developments.
Interviewing and selecting team members.
Managing a team Determining project requirements, providing technical directions (technology selection, system design, approach,...) and technical support/ assistance of software developers towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standards.
Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings/code review to discuss improvements.
Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Good attitude and accountable
Experiences in Insurance & Healthcare domain is a plus.
Must have 6+ years of experience with Java & Advanced knowledge of Springboot framework
Effective verbal communication in English with Clients.
Must have 1+ years track record of leading small engineering teams
Must have 3+ years exposure to Docker, Kubernetes, Helm Charts, GitHub Actions
