Technical Leader

Lead the development team on technical discussions
Coordinate with teams to ensure on- time and high- quality delivery
Apply best practices in SDLC: CI/CD, automated testing, Agile/Scrum
Lead the development of microservices- based backend systems on GCP, AWS or Azure
Apply Well- Architected Framework to ensure optimal system architecture
Research and consult with the business team on technical solutions and implementation approaches
Collaborate directly with cross- functional stakeholders for requirements and operations
Manage infrastructure and software deployment pipelines
Compose clear and complete technical design documentation
Develop Implement developer enablement programs and training
Mentor and guide team members across multiple projects
Analyze performance bottlenecks, lead initiatives to improve scalability and reliability

Education Background:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

Certificate:

Bonus: AWS Certified Solutions Architect
Bonus: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
Bonus: Google Cloud Professional Architect

Professional experience:

Minimum 10 years of backend development experience
Proficient in Node.js, Java, or Go; familiar with Kubernetes and Docker
At least 05 years in a Technical Lead or similar roles
Strong hands- on experience with GCP, AWS or Azure; CI/CD tools and GitOps practices

Management experience:

Experience leading teams of 3–10 developers in an Agile/Scrum environment

Soft Skills:

Strong problem- solving and analytical skills
Strategic and creative thinking
Proficient in tools like Jira, Confluence, Miro, Lucidchart
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Effective communication with both technical and non- technical stakeholders

Others:

Strong technical English reading and writing skills
Willing to work outside business hours if required to meet deadlines
High sense of responsibility and teamwork
