Be responsible for the delivery of our projects:
Work closely with our Product Managers and Engineering Lead to guide our clients in their product development journey and ensure our projects are delivered efficiently following our best practices.
It’s a hands- on role so we expect you to do hands- on coding and do code reviews with your squad members.
Lead the technical architecture and design discussions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability of the software.
Mentor team members:
Provide technical guidance to your team, ensuring they follow best practices and adopt the right tools and frameworks
Participate in our recruitment process:
Be part of the technical assessment of candidates.
Provide insights to and collaborate closely with the Head of Engineering to:
Lead technology comparison and engineering process improvements
Coordinate activities between all engineering areas.

Hands- on software development experience. We are looking for engineering leaders who are still involved in development actively and want to continue doing so.
Confidence in communicating in English.
Prior experience as a Tech Lead for squads of 5 or more is required.
At least 1 year of DevOps experience with tools such as: Terraform, Redis, AWS, Docker and Kubernetes.
A "Can do attitude" and a product mindset.
8+ years or more of professional web development experience. Experience in Ruby, JavaScript (Node.JS), Go, PHP or Python is preferred.
