Key Responsibilities
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Technical Lead to spearhead the design, development, and delivery of cutting- edge solutions in Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, and Data Engineering. You will play a pivotal role in defining the system architecture, mentoring a talented technical team, ensuring the highest quality of deliverables, and exploring emerging technologies to keep us at the forefront of innovation. Additionally, you will collaborate with business stakeholders to support sales and pre- sales initiatives with deep technical insights.
Architecture & Technical Leadership
Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet product and business goals.
Define and enforce best practices in system design, data pipelines, and model deployment.
Lead the end- to- end design of scalable, secure, and efficient AI and data platforms.
Team Management & Mentorship
Provide technical guidance and career mentorship to team members.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and collaboration.
Organize and structure high- performing teams for AI/ML, data science, and data engineering projects.
Delivery Oversight & Quality Control
Oversee the planning and execution of technical deliverables.
Ensure code quality, reliability, model accuracy, and data integrity through regular reviews and validation.
Monitor and optimize system performance in production environments.
Innovation & Research
Promote adoption of emerging technologies where relevant.
Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, cloud data platforms, and engineering practices.
Drive experimentation with new tools, algorithms, and methodologies.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
Work closely with product managers, UX designers, and business stakeholders to align technology strategy with business needs.
Support sales and pre- sales efforts by providing technical consultation, preparing solution architectures, and participating in client meetings and RFPs.
