Technical Lead

Reporting
The Technical Lead reports directly to the PM and Head of Delivery.
Duties and Responsibilities
The Technical Lead is responsible for tasks in the following areas:

Exploring new knowledge or technology on demand.
Maintain, extend and implement new features following the requirements of the project
Model both familiar and novel business domains
Design and implement robust, security, maintainable, extendable and performant web applications
Provide mentorship and guidance for more junior members
Coordinate with cross- functional teams and Project Managers or Customers to deliver high- quality outcomes.
Follow others tasks assigned by management

Qualifications/ Experience Requirements:

Proficient with API design, system design, and software architecture
Proficient with PostgreSQL/ MySQL/ Oracle Database
A degree in computer science or similar is required
Experienced with DevOps, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/ GCP/ Azure)
Proficient with at least one of these backend languages/ frameworks: Java (Spring Boot), Python (Django), Golang, .NET, Node.js...
Minimum 5 years of experience in web development
Experienced with NoSQL Database
Experienced with Microservices, Kubernetes
Proficient with at least one of these backend languages/frameworks: ReactJS, Angular, Vue.js...
