Technical Lead

Design and develop products based on requirements from Product Owner. Ensure good performance and user experience of products.
Research and improve technology stacks.
Operate and manage development team.

Technical skills:

Programming languages:
Good understanding of Flutter, Kotlin, Swift
Experienced in Java/C/C++ development or similar stack related to compiled language.
Fluent in ReactJS and Java or/and NodeJS
Front- end:
Browser API- selectors, canvas, cookies,local- storage và browser events.
Browser element: VanillaJS (ES5, ES6), DOM, Canvas, HTML5, CSS, SCSS, SASS.
Networking Protocol: Http, WebSocket.
Networking interface: REST, GraphQL.
Back- end:
Solid concept of multithreading/multiprocessing and CAP Theorem in distributed computing.
Understand and fluent in SQL/NoSQL databases, able to communicate with database using raw clients and ORM/ODM clients.
Fluent in OOP/FP paradigm.
Mobile:
Deployed at least one mobile- first application to Playstore/AppStore.
Good understanding of mobile development, in both Android and iOS using React Native.
General system:
Strong knowledge in Queue system (Kafka/RabbitMQ) and in- memory cache (Redis/Memcached)
Solid in cloud- native technology (container, kubernetes, serverless) and DevOps culture.
Pose strong ability in detecting system bottle neck and optimizing system performance.
Proven efficient database and system design
Experienced in both on- premise and cloud deployment.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor&039;s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
Strong communication, management skills and leadership skill.
Have strong product mindset, able to focus not only on technical but also user experience.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Able to translate business requirements to technical solution. Able to plan and monitor development progression daily.
At least 7 years of hands- on coding experience with NodeJS or/and Java, ReactJS and React Native. At least 4 years of proven experience in managing team size over 20 developers.
Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
