Team leader - Industrial paper domestic sales

Business and new customer development
+ Handle customer enquiries as and when required.
+ Timely report to General Manager, Deputy Manager/ Manager in form of weekly updates about market information, competitor situation.
+ Identify sales opportunities and obtain sales leads proactively for our network.
+ Match and over target of Revenue, inventory, overdue.
+​ Advise team to develop customer line and expand local sales utilizing company and own resources. Build planning to find and develop new customers.
Overdue management
+ Responsible for managing overdue of customers: Monitoring overdue, urge the payment, handle overdue related issue.
Inventory management
+ Follow- up inventory and make sure delivery PO within month, limit long- term inventory.
Other job as assignment by General Manager/ Manager/ Deputy Manager
Support team members to achieve targets

+ Good English communication skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
+ Demonstrated leadership and planning skills.
+ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
+ Experienced in paper industry, packaging is an advantage.
+ At least 2 YOE working as the same position.
