● Develop reusable infrastructure modules with Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi to ensure consistency and compliance./Phát triển module cơ sở hạ tầng có thể tái sử dụng với Terraform, CloudFormation hoặc Pulumi để đảm bảo tính nhất quán và tuân thủ.
● Automate environment provisioning, configuration, and system patching using Ansible, Chef, or Puppet./Tự động hóa việc cung cấp môi trường, cấu hình và vá lỗi hệ thống bang Ansible, Chef hoặc Puppet.
● Architect, implement, and maintain highly available, scalable cloud infrastructure using FPT Smart Cloud (FCI), TPCloud, Viettel Dedicated Cloud (vDC), AWS, Azure, or GCP./Kiến trúc, triển khai, và duy trì cơ sở hạ tầng đám mây có tính khả dụng cao, có khả năng mở rộng bằng FPT Smart Cloud (FCI), TPCloud, Viettel Dedicated Cloud (vDC), AWS, Azure, hoặc GCP.
● Deep expertise in infrastructure architecture, automation, and operational excellence./Chuyên sâu về kiến trúc cơ sở hạ tầng, tự động hóa và vận hành.

● Design and optimize robust CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD) for faster, safer deployments./ Thiết kế và tối ưu hóa các quy trình CI/CD mạnh mẽ (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or ArgoCD) để triển khai nhanh hơn và an toàn hơn.
● Integrate testing, security scanning, and automated rollbacks into deployment workflows./Tích hợp kiểm tra, quét bảo mật và tự động khôi phục vào quy trình triển khai.

● Implement advanced monitoring and alerting with Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or ELK/EFK stacks./ Triển khai giám sát và cảnh báo nâng cao với các công cụ Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, hoặc ELK/EFK stacks.
● Lead incident response and root cause analysis to improve platform resilience and uptime./ Dẫn dắt phản ứng sự cố và phân tích nguyên nhân gốc rễ để cải thiện khả năng phục hồi và thời gian hoạt động của nền tảng.
● Drive SRE best practices — error budgets, SLAs/SLIs/SLOs, and automated remediation./ Đưa ra các phương án thay thế hay hơn về SRE- error budgets, SLAs/SLIs/SLOs và khắc phục tự động.

● Ensure infrastructure meets compliance standards internal governance./ Đảm bảo cơ sở hạ tầng đạt các tiêu chuẩn quản trị nội bộ.
● Embed security controls into IaC and CI/CD workflows (e.g., policy as code, secrets management, identity controls)./ Nhúng quản lý bảo mật vào trong luồng xử lý IaC và CI/CD (ví dụ, chính sách mã, quản lý bảo mật,).
15% Leadership & Collaboration/ 15% Quản lý và cộng tác
● Evaluate and implement new tools, frameworks, and cloud- native technologies to enhance capabilities of platform and infrastructure./ Đánh giá và triển khai các công cụ, frameworks, và công nghệ đám mây để nâng cao năng lực và hiệu quả của cơ sở hạ tầng.
● Collaborate closely with software, QA, and security teams to streamline release and operational processes./ Phối hợp chặt chẽ với các đội phần mềm, QA, và bảo mật để hợp lý hóa quy trình phát hành và vận hành.
● Mentor and guide junior DevOps engineers on best practices in automation and system design./ Hướng dẫn và hỗ trợ các kỹ sư DevOps mới về các phương pháp trong tự động hóa và thiết kế hệ thống.
