Tax and Treasury Senior Supervisor

Report to: Assistant Accounting Manager
JOB DESCRIPTION
Main Purpose (Key Objectives):
Participate/manage in tax- related projects, audits, etc.
In charge of Tax and treasury scope for SEA business
Job Role:
 Fulfill other tasks assigned by the line Manager.
 Follow up Fixed deposits and overdrafts, borrowing with banks.
 Participate in Treasury projects for simplification and automation.
 Prepare monthly /quarterly Treasury reports and submit to Head Office.
 Prepare and manage monthly and yearly cashflow forecast, and planning Cashflow.
 In charge of tax reporting (VAT, CIT, WHT)
 Validate Purchasing Contracts and Trading Terms of Modern Trade Customers.
 Prepare monthly /quarterly /yearly CIT calculations and tax journal entries.
 Work closely with relevant banks to deal with FX and other bank operations.
 Work closely with the tax government for Tax reconciliation and Tax audit
 Research and state tax issues arise from other departments.
 Conduct and work with Tax Consultants for special Tax projects, such as transfer pricing and tax Health Check.
 Follow- up insurance policy including property insurance, Business interruption Insurance, travel insurance…
 Oversee tax compliance for the whole business.

 Experience in working independently with senior management and colleagues in other countries.
 Bachelor’s Degree in Finance and Accounting.
 English: Strong English language communication, reporting, and writing skills.
 5+ years of position- related experience required as relates to Tax & Treasury, General Accounting in MNC (background in FMCG is a plus)
 Accounting software (SAP experience is an advantage)
 Office computer (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
 Sound knowledge of IFRS, VAS, taxation, and control.
