Tax & Accounting Officer

Accounting

Making payment and following up payment with bank until done
Updating remainder balance of AP, AR monthly
Ensuring all documents of payment request are matched
Checking invoices and payment request to commit the company&039;s policy and Accounting & Tax rule before booking to SAP
Controlling Petty Cash to ensure safety and enough for payment
Managing Fixed Asset from payment to capitalization including physical counting
Uploading bank statement to clear bank- in, bank- out
Keeping relationship with bank to update regulation and exchange rate trend
Monthly bank reconciliation to clasify incoming fund such as tax refund, deposit refund, employee refund…
Performing month end closing on time and reports required.

Tax

Performing other duties as required by Manager and BOD.
Declare and submit Tax duty on time such as business license, VAT, PIT, CIT
Storage all documents as required by Tax Law.
Updating tax regulations frequently to communicate the impact to organization
Monitor and ensure compliance with tax payment obligations
Work with Tax Authority to register, submit reports and solve tax issues
Assist in the development and implementation of tax policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field

Experience:

At least 1 year of working experience in Tax field
Having payment experience is preferable

Knowledge of:

Strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations such as VAT, PIT, CIT,…
Knowledge of VAS, IFRS or GAAP and tax accounting standards

Skill:

Proficiency in MS office such as Excel, Words, PP
Well English especially writing and reading
Able to work under high pressure and deadline
Experience with SAP is a plus
Good at time management, communication and logic thinking
