PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The Field Sales Trainee Program 2026 is designed to identify and develop high- potential young talents who aspire to build a professional career in Sales & Business Development within the logistics industry.
This program focuses on hands- on field experience, combined with structured training and mentoring, to prepare trainees for future Field Sales roles at GHN.
Training Roadmap (2 Months)
Month 2: The program focuses on advanced sales skills and real Field Sales execution, allowing trainees to directly engage with the market and customers.
Month 1: Trainees will be equipped with professional skills and essential soft skills, along with foundational knowledge of GHN’s operations and logistics products.
Throughout the program, trainees will receive continuous guidance, performance evaluation, and feedback from experienced Trainers and Sales Mentors.
Key Learning Outcomes
By the end of the program, trainees will:
Develop professional communication, negotiation, and customer engagement skills
Build a solid foundation for a long- term career in Sales & Business Development
Gain practical experience through real Field Sales activities
Understand GHN’s logistics products, operations, and sales model
Selection Process
The recruitment process consists of four rounds:
Presentation and Offline Interview with Field Sales Team Leader / Manager
CV Screening
Online Interview with the HR Team

JOB DESCRIPTION OVERVIEW
Role & Learning Scope
Participate in on- the- job training and sales performance evaluations
Identify, approach, and develop potential customers in the assigned market
Consult, present, and persuade customers to use GHN’s logistics services
Build, maintain, and strengthen long- term relationships with customers
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction
Candidate Requirements
College or university graduate (Good/Excellent academic performance is an advantage)
Good communication and negotiation skills; able to work under pressure
Own a personal laptop and have means of transportation
Strong interest in field sales and direct customer engagement
Proactive, eager to learn, and highly motivated for personal development
