Talent Development Intern

L&D Operational support (80%)

Support in the preparation and execution of Training programs, communication activities, and/or training projects (if applicable).
Support before- during training programs such as enrollment arrangements (book calendar, arrange room, send invitation, participant list, etc.), prepare tests, survey forms, attendance tracking and other logistics
Translate training materials and related documents.
Design L&D training communications and materials
Other training operational work assigned by supervisor
Coordinate with internal & external trainers to ensure effective and quality execution of training programs.
Handle the administration of post training activities such as certification collection, paperwork for payment process, training report delivery.

Learning Management System Admin (20%)

Create and export learning reports from LMS (if required).
Data import in LMS, including attendance tracking, training progress, learner management, training content management (will be guided by the supervisor)
Coordinate to be a contact point in LMS- related issue

Able to commit to 6 months internship period, work full- time 5 days/week (occational off day on request)
Service mindset to delivery WOW experience to 4P’s partners
Good command of English

Open to both undergraduates and fresh graduates with under 2 years of working experience.
