Recruitment (70%)

Collaborate closely with various departments to understand recruitment needs and ensure recruitment standards are efficiently met.
Coordinate with external recruitment service providers as needed.
Design and implement multi- channel recruitment strategies to attract potential candidates.
Manage the end- to- end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and onboarding steps.

Employer Branding (20%)

Organize and participate in career fairs and events to promote the company and attract talent.
Develop and implement campaigns to enhance the company&039;s image and attractiveness to potential candidates.
Manage the company&039;s social media and communication channels to ensure consistent and appealing employer branding messages.

Other Duties (10%)

Agile and highly proactive.
Good command of English is an advantage.
Proficiency in online recruitment tools and social media.
Ability to work independently and in a multi- tasking environment.
Knowledge of Information Technology is an advantage.
At least 6 months of experience in recruitment or human resources.
