A- Responsibilities:
Recruitment (80%)
Receive, categorize, and screen candidate resumes, and engage with department heads to select suitable candidates based on recruitment criteria.
Receive recruitment requests from departments, clarify job descriptions (JDs), identify insights for each position, and find suitable candidate profiles.
Implement recruitment activities: post job ads, search, and source candidates.
Research and contribute ideas, and collaborate with departments to execute projects for candidate sourcing and recruitment branding.
Conduct market research & talent mapping for difficult and specialized jobs.
Coordinate with relevant departments to ensure the recruitment and integration process is efficient and follows procedures.
Provide consultation to candidates and organize specialized interviews, assessing technical skills, aptitude, culture fit, and conducting required tests.
Employee Branding (20%)
Organize events in collaboration with domestic universities.
Build and develop recruitment branding through recruitment channels: recruitment websites, fanpages zalo, linkedIn, etc.
Support other tasks of the Human Resources department.
B- Requirements:
Positive thinking, proactive; spirit of assistance, and teamwork to drive team development.
Proficient in using various recruitment channels, especially social networks in recruitment activities: Facebook, LinkedIn, GitHub, etc.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, especially in the IT/Game industry
Ability to work independently, manage work effectively, meticulous, patient, and persevering.
Dynamic, excellent communication, negotiation, persuasion, presentation skills, etc.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resource Management or related fields.
Ability to work under high intensity and withstand high work pressure.
