Measure and evaluate recruitment, report weekly, monthly and other job related metrics.
Play the role of Consultant for Hiring Manager (Head of Depts) all relevant issues which can affect to recruiting process;
Build and enrich the Talent Pools for current and future demands;
Manage end- to- end recruitment cycle for all roles across multiple project (job posting, applicant screening, candidate selection, on- boarding)
To plan the resourcing budget and manage the resourcing expenses within the approved budget.

Employer Branding

To expand widely The Employee Branding of CMC Consulting and develop its Employee Experience programs;
Create relationships with universities, large source recruitment sites, reputable.

Experience

Proven working experience as Talent- Acquisition Specialist in IT industry or a similar position is preferable.
At least 3- 4 years of experience in HR (Recruitment);
Having a strong & effective network of candidates /recruitment service provider.
The skills to ask the right questions to understand the needs effectively for both internal and external stakeholders;
Fluent in English
