Key Responsibilities:
Research labor market trends, particularly in Cloud and AI talent landscape, and recommend improvements to recruitment processes.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline, especially for technical and niche roles in Cloud/AI/Data.
Drive employer branding initiatives through communications and events.
Track and report recruitment metrics (time- to- hire, cost- per- hire, quality- of- hire).
Manage the end- to- end recruitment process: CV screening, interviews, competency assessments, and offer negotiations.
Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to define job requirements and selection criteria.
Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job boards, social media, headhunters, and networking.
Develop, implement, and optimize recruitment plans for different departments, with a strong focus on Cloud, AI, and Data- related positions.
Job Requirement
Knowledge of recruitment platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship- building skills.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Strong skills in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
Minimum 2–3 years of recruitment experience, with proven track record in hiring for IT/Tech roles (Cloud, AI, Data preferred).
Good English communication skills are a plus.
