Talent Acquisition Intern

Overview of the position
We are in search of talented and motivated individuals with a passion for Human Resources/ Talent Attraction. As a vital part our Talent Acquisition A Team, we will together drive recruiting and branding success throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
· Contribute to talent projects aimed at enhancing the talent pipeline and planning.
· Receive training to actively search and engage candidates, building a strong talent pool under team guidance for long- term strategies.
· Support onboarding processes by preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation activities.
· Maintain and update approved job postings across various online platforms.
· Fulfill data entry and administrative tasks as directed by the Leader/Manager.
· Ensure the recruitment status and candidate database are consistently updated with accuracy and timeliness.

Experience & Qualification
· Proficiency in both written and spoken English is essential.
· Freshers or students with less than six months of experience pursuing a bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
· Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
· Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn are a must.
· Working location: HCM offices, Pearl Plaza, 561a Dien Bien Phu Street, Binh Thanh Districts, HCMC.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
