Talent Acquisition Intern

We are looking for a motivated and detail- oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to join our Recruitment Team. This position offers hands- on experience in the recruitment process — from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting employer branding initiatives. You’ll work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to help build strong teams across the organization.
Key Responsibilities

Support the end- to- end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
Source candidates using multiple channels such as LinkedIn, job boards, internal databases, and referrals.
Administrative tasks related to recruitment, including:
Converting and formatting candidate CVs to company templates.
Assist in employer branding activities such as recruitment events, social media content, and internal campaigns.
Preparing and collecting documents required for recruitment- related payments and vendor coordination.
Assisting with filing, document management, and maintaining recruitment records.
Update and maintain candidate data and job requisitions.

Qualifications

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Detail- oriented, proactive, and eager to learn.
Final- year student or recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
Good English communication skills (if have).
Strong interest in recruitment, HR.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
