Job Description:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social networks, and professional communities.
Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate interview processes.
Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and hiring updates.
Maintain and update candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
Contribute to employer branding activities such as job posts, social media recruitment content, and hiring campaigns.
Post and manage job advertisements on recruitment platforms.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Job Requirements:
2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
Strong sourcing skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Experience in IT recruitment or familiarity with tech roles is a plus.
Good English communication.
Ability to manage multiple hiring positions simultaneously.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
