Talent Acquisition Executive

Purpose of Job / Job Summary:
A Talent Acquisition Executive is a professional responsible for sourcing, attracting, and interviewing prospective employees to find the perfect match for a company’s long- term goals. They factor into this process that people play an important role and will be key players of success going forward.
Key Responsibilities / Duties:
To develop and carry out talent acquisition strategies for the company
Develop a company policy for talent assessment, benchmarking, and interviews
Anticipate future hiring needs by analyzing the organization&039;s development
Maintain good relations with past and potential candidates
Represent the company at events and build a network
Work closely with the HR department to stay updated and meet the company&039;s hiring need
Prepare a report on a monthly basis for key talent acquisition metric
Counsel candidates regarding salary, company benefits, and work environment
Coordinate with the marketing department to build innovative talent acquisition strategies
Other assigned tasks by Human Resource Manager
Stay updated and well researched with talent acquisition trends
Source candidates and fill in vacant positions in the company
Administrate all paperwork regarding the hiring of a new employee
Manage the entire recruitment process

- Personal qualities : Overall and detail oriented
- Specific skills / abilities : Interpersonal & communication, analysis, negotiation, problem solving, time management skills
- Qualifications : Bachelor’s Degree of HR, Business Administration, and related fields
- Experience : 02- 03 Talent Acquisition Executive or similar role in HR
