Talent Acquisition Collaborator

Screen and evaluate candidates, conducting thorough interviews to assess their skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
Build and maintain a strong network of passive and active candidates, establishing relationships to foster long- term talent pipelines.
Stay up- to- date with global recruitment trends, labor market dynamics, and legal/regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and competitive hiring practices
Manage end- to- end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate assessments, interview coordination, offer negotiations, and onboarding.
Implement effective talent acquisition activities, ensuring alignment with the company&039;s overall business objectives.
Partner with key stakeholders to understand talent needs and international hiring requirements.
Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including online job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and direct sourcing techniques to attract qualified candidates.

Bachelor&039;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications in talent acquisition are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross- functional teams and build relationships with candidates.
Experience utilizing various recruitment tools, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and HR databases.
High level of adaptability and resilience in a fast- paced and evolving business environment.
Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within established timelines.
Strong sourcing skills, with the ability to proactively identify and engage with top talent through diverse channels.
Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with professionalism and integrity.
Proven track record of success in talent acquisition.
