Key Responsibilities

Application Development
Build and maintain cross- platform mobile app (iOS and Android) from scratch using your preferred framework (Flutter or React Native)
Implement interactive learning modules, gamification features, and engaging UI/UX mobile/tablet experiences.
Work with APIs provided by the backend team/dev to fetch/store data, handle authentication, and support real- time updates, including handling response formats such as JSON or GraphQL.
Integrate UI/UX assets (animations, voice- overs, images, lesson scripts) via CDN for optimized delivery and performance.
Quality, Performance & Security
Experience with deployment and delivery of apps to iOS App Store and Google Play Store.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure a smooth, bug- free experience.
Follow best practices for children’s apps to ensure safety, accessibility, and inclusivity.
Optimize app performance across devices and screen sizes.
Willingness to contribute to migration/building of web apps once mobile apps are stable.
Collaboration
Provide feedback to backend developers for efficient API design and integration.
Collaborate with designers, animators, content developers, and other team members to deliver a polished, inclusive, and user- friendly product.

Requirements

Familiarity with design tools such as Figma is preferred.
Interest and understanding of child psychology and behavior are desirable.
Strong communication, teamwork, creativity, responsibility, and proactive attitude.
High standards for security, code quality, and data privacy.
At least 2 years of experience in developing cross- platform mobile applications.
Proficient in Flutter or React Native development with strong experience in API integration.
Strong understanding of version control (Git) and practical experience with deployment tools (such as Expo) and processes (mandatory).
Passionate about creating EdTech products that positively impact users.

Portfolio including educational projects, children- focused apps, data dashboards, or interactive user interface
Experience in EdTech sector.

Location: Remote, with preference for candidates in Ho Chi Minh City.
