System Engineer (Openstack)

Ensure security and compliance of OpenStack deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve OpenStack- related issues.
Install, configure, and manage OpenStack components such as Nova, Neutron, Cinder, Glance, and Keystone.
Design, deploy, and manage OpenStack environments, including compute, network, storage, and identity services.
Optimize OpenStack performance and resource utilization.
Configure and maintain cloud environments based on OpenStack, ensuring scalability, high availability, and performance.
Automate and streamline OpenStack deployment and operations using tools like Ansible, Puppet, or others.

Experience with virtualization technologies (virtualization, containers, Kubernetes).
Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure.
Solid understanding of OpenStack core components (Compute, Network, Storage, Identity).
Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell).
Excellent troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Strong understanding of networking concepts (Routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs).
Nice to have
Experience with containerization platforms (Docker, Kubernetes).
Experience with cloud security best practices and tools.
Relevant certifications (e.g., OCA/OCP certifications).
Experience with cloud- native applications and microservices.
Integrate OpenStack with VMware VCF environments for hybrid cloud solutions.
Experience with real- time application running on Userspace
Experience with hardware accelerator using DPDK, eBPF
