System Engineer Linux/VMware Banking Infrastructure

Develop and maintain automation scripts using Bash or Python to streamline operational tasks and improve efficiency.
Ensure system stability, performance, and security for business- critical services with 24/7 availability requirements.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex incidents related to Linux operating systems, virtualization platforms, and related infrastructure.
Support disaster recovery (DR) planning, testing, and execution, ensuring data protection and service continuity.
Implement and manage Red Hat technologies such as Ansible, OpenShift, and others to support IT operations automation and scalability.
Collaborate with application, network, and security teams to deliver robust, compliant, and secure infrastructure.
Design infrastructure solutions for banking applications in compliance with internal IT standards, audit requirements, and regulatory policies.
Monitor system health, follow change control processes, and provide regular technical documentation, reports, and updates to management.
Deploy, operate, and maintain core IT infrastructure supporting banking services, including physical/virtual servers (VM), SAN storage systems, Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), and VMware vSphere environments (ESXi, vCenter).

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Electronics & Telecommunications.
Deep understanding and proven experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) systems and Linux- based server operations.
Strong hands- on experience with physical server management, SAN storage, database setup & backup, and VMware virtualization.
Good English communication skills with the ability to work with international vendors and partners.
At least 5 years of experience in system engineering roles such as System Administrator, Server Administrator, or similar.
Proficient in scripting (Bash, Python) for automation and system administration tasks.
