Job Description
Manage and maintain backup and recovery systems to ensure information security.
Monitor system performance, implement optimization measures, and promptly troubleshoot to ensure high availability.
Provide support to end- users and other departments regarding system- related issues.
Design, deploy, and manage server systems (Windows Server, Linux Server), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper- V), and network services (DNS, DHCP, Active Directory).
Prepare technical documentation, operating procedures, and periodic reports.
Configure and manage networking devices (routers, switches, firewalls) and security systems.
Research and propose new technology solutions to improve operational efficiency and system security.
Evaluate the feasibility of deploying and integrating Collaboration, Camera, Storage, Cloud, and AI solutions from partners into FPT&039;s product ecosystem (Data Center, Network, Phone, etc.).
Job Specification:
Strong troubleshooting and problem- solving skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or related fields.
Proficiency in English is an advantage.
Solid knowledge of Windows Server (Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP) and/or Linux Server (Ubuntu, CentOS, RedHat).
Experience with virtualization platforms such as VMware vSphere or Microsoft Hyper- V.
Good communication skills, ability to work independently and in a team.
Understanding of networking protocols such as TCP/IP, VPN, and VLAN, with experience in configuring basic network devices (experience with Cisco, Juniper, and Fortinet is a plus).
At least 2 years of hands- on experience in a System Engineer or equivalent role.
Experience with backup and recovery solutions (e.g., Veeam Backup & Replication, Acronis).
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with system monitoring tools (Zabbix, Nagios, PRTG).
Holding relevant international certifications (e.g., MCSA/MCSE, CCNA, VCP, LPI).
Experience with cloud computing platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
Experience in scripting/automation (PowerShell, Python, Bash).
