System Control Agent Executive

This position is responsible for supporting and handling of Data In- Put work that is assigned by the KWE Australia to work toward company strategic objectives.
- Communicate via email with customers, suppliers, KWE Offices and various stakeholders as required.
- Quotation, and RFQ Tender Management Support: Make quotation for spot shipment or do RFQ tender support for long term bidding under AU&039;s instructions.
- Monitor shipments with related teams and inform them in case trouble arises.
- Support core team in AU such as customer service team and Product team by following their training.
- Follow up and track & trace the milestone of the shipment to update the system on time.
- Support issues related to billing, postings, and operation as required such as key selling & buying rate into the system, add waybills in CSS & update the system...
- Other tasks as assigned.
- Use “CARGOWISE” system to obtain and update the required information with high level of accuracy.
- Run various kinds of reports as needed.

► Education and experience:
- Graduated from University with major in Logistics, International Business, English language or
ther related fields.
- Minimum 2- 3 years of experience in the International Freight Forwarding industry for the position of operation or customer service.
- “CARGOWISE” system experience is preferable.
► Required skills and abilities:
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail, especially to numbers.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, ability to utilize office software efficiently especially excel.
- Be able to work independently and under high pressure.
- Strong team player and able to work with remote teams.
- Good analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Adaptability to work in cultural diversify environment.
- Good typing and data entry skills are required.
- Good time management skills, ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Be willing to work overtime.
- A proactive and can – do attitude is required for daily workload.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.

- Insurance: 24 hours’ Accident Insurance, Social Insurance, Health Care Insurance
- Annual Leave: 12 days/year (after probation time)
- Net salary: Negotiable (13 months a year plus Tet bonus & Annual performance bonus)

- Annual Salary Increase: once per yearPerformance Assessment: twice per year (fixed in April and October)
- Working Place: TTC Building, No. 19, Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Dist, Hanoi City
- Working time: 7:00 – 16:35 (Monday- Friday)
