Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly audit and incident / observation reports for the Surveillance & Security Manager, detailing any significant occurrences or irregularities, including the date, time, and nature of the occurrence.
Assist in investigations by reviewing recorded footage to gather evidence related to specific incidents or disputes.
Perform other tasks as assigned and requested by the related departments.
Provide comprehensive surveillance services for the entire Palazzo Club operation, ensuring full compliance with Palazzo policies, procedures, and standards while delivering exceptional customer service.
Conduct regular system checks (cameras tour & DVR check) to verify that all cameras are functioning correctly, and that data is being stored properly.
Work closely with other departments, such as Security, Operations, and Compliance, to ensure a cohesive approach to security and surveillance.
Quickly detect and respond to any threats or incidents of cheating in games, opportunist, internal and external theft, fraud, or harm to employees and guests.
Analyse incidents to determine patterns or methods of cheating or theft, providing insights to improve preventive measures.
Monitor live footage from surveillance cameras placed throughout the Club premises, including gaming areas, cash handling areas, entrances, and exits.
In the event of an evacuation, monitor internal activities through cameras and coordinate with the Operations team (Shift Manager/Supervisor) and Security team. Follow instructions from the management.
Operate and control surveillance equipment, such as cameras, monitors, and video recording devices, to maintain a comprehensive view of the casino.
Maintain the operational functionality of all surveillance equipment, ensuring that all devices are in good working order.
Perform the duties of a Surveillance Observer, when necessary, which includes monitoring activities and identifying suspicious behaviour.
