Supply Chain Staff

Role Purpose:
Implement and plan the supply chain in the way that customer’ requests to be satisfied at appropriate time and quantity taking in considering the efficiency, available capacities and the imperative of cost reducing.
Accountabilities:
• Identify cost reduction opportunities and efficiency improvements within the customer base, logistics and/or business unit and align with leadership on implementation strategy
• Communicate with finance team, sales, sales planner, distribution centers (DC) and customers related to order management
• Manage the alignment between production schedule, supplier orders and delivery of material
• Manage the ERP system related process and handle data input, approval and reports
• Coordinate with suppliers, agents, forwarders, and the shipping coordinator for material delivery and ensure custom clearance procedure
• Responsible for order accuracy by ensuring the right products are ordered, prices, deals, allowances, method of shipment, and shipping platform are applied to the order and adequate lead time is given to ensure on- time delivery to the customer.
• Analyze data and recognize trends that impact the supply chain in support of continuous improvement
• Planning and management of all orders from procurement, production, and delivery to customer warehouse and distribution centers. Ensure highest level of customer service
• Performs other related duties as assigned

* Education and Training:
University degree/BA in Business Administration, Industrial management, Supply Chain & Logistics management, or related
* Experience:
- At least 1- 2 years
* Skills:
- Literate in MS office
- Good at management skills
- Good in English
- Open for learning and changes, ability to work under high pressure, detailed & careful.
- Experience in an ERP system
- Good organization skills
- Teamwork
