We are currently recruiting for the position of Supply Chain Coordinator to support the company. Below are the details of the position:
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Order Management & Coordination
• Receive and process orders from the Sales team in line with internal procedures.
• Monitor delivery schedules, prepare transportation plans, and coordinate with
warehouse teams.
• Act as the main contact point for customer communication regarding orders and
deliveries.
Warehouse & Logistics
• Optimize warehousing, delivery, and packaging activities according to
• Ensure timely, accurate, and cost- effective warehouse and logistics operations.
• Coordinate and monitor inbound/outbound goods and inventory status.

Reporting & Process Improvement
• Prepare regular reports on supply chain performance, inventory levels, delivery
timelines, and logistics costs.
• Propose initiatives to improve workflows, reduce lead time, and optimize operational
expenses.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor’s degree in International Business, Logistics, Trade, or Supply Chain
Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, import- export, or logistics roles.
• Knowledge of bonded warehouse operations, import- export documentation, and logistics
procedures is an advantage.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, FAST, etc.) is preferred.
• Strong skills in order management, coordination, and data analysis.
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem- solving skills.
