POSITION OVERVIEW
The Supplier Management Executive is responsible for coordinating and developing supplier relationships while acting as a key liaison between suppliers and internal teams. This role manages supplier meetings, visits, reporting, and project follow- ups, supports business development activities, and leads supplier sourcing and initial evaluation in line with company strategy and market demand. working closely with sales, RnD, Technical Support, Business Development, and Import/Export teams, the position ensures smooth execution of new product projects, sample management, and supplier agreements, while also mentoring junior team members and contributing to effective supplier management processes.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Supplier Meeting and Visit Coordination
Coordinate online/offline meetings and supplier visits, including scheduling, participant coordination, and overall meeting preparation.
Work with the Admin team to ensure all logistical arrangements are executed smoothly, delivering a professional and well- organized experience for suppliers.
Record meeting minutes and ensure timely distribution to relevant internal stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting
Support data compilation and basic analysis for inclusion in reports prepared for supplier meetings.
Follow up with internal teams to gather feedback, updates, and required data related to supplier projects or issues.
Business Development Coordination
Coordinate with Suppliers on new product / application presentation to Sales teams
Work with Sales on project pipeline update and report to suppliers
Monitor the status of sample deliveries and update relevant teams on progress.
Assist in preparing and submitting sample requests to suppliers for new projects / product offers and work with TS and import/export on documents for sample shipments
Supplier Sourcing
Actively source and identify new potential suppliers in line with company strategy and market demand.
Coordinate internal evaluation with Sales, R&D, TS, and BD teams to assess sourcing feasibility and business potential.
Conduct initial supplier screening, including product portfolio, technical capability, certifications, pricing positioning, and supply capacity.

Support other supplier coordination activities as assigned by the team leader.
Maintain organized records of supplier communication, meeting notes, and project updates.
Coordinate with other department to prepare presentation materials or documents required for supplier meetings.
