What You&039;ll Do
Coordinate with the purchasing team and follow up on outstanding requests.
Maintain detailed records of supplier communication, quotes, and documentation.
Support cold outreach and discovery of new sourcing channels.
Support negotiation and communication with suppliers to secure the best pricing, MOQs, and timelines.
Research and identify potential suppliers or distributors in Europe and the UK for trending or in- demand products.
Track order progress, flag risks, and assist in communication between suppliers and purchasing teams.
Who We&039;re Looking For
Fluent English skills.
Critical thinker who enjoys evaluating supplier responses, pricing, and timelines.
Comfortable using Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, templates) and cloud- based tools (Google Drive).
Organized and consistent in documenting conversations and decisions
Team player who communicates clearly and keeps things moving without needing close supervision.
Independent and proactive in following up, problem- solving, and escalating delays.

Working Hours & Probation
