Supervisor Operations - Lương Từ 20 Triệu

Manage end- to- end export operations, monitor order status, and ensure timely delivery until final shipment completion.
Review monthly supplier invoices, collaborate with the finance department to process payment requests, address abnormal charges in a timely manner, and control logistics costs.
Work with Customs authorities, Quarantine offices, and other specialized inspection agencies to develop clearance procedures for export and import shipments. Coordinate and provide information on customs procedures and cost estimates to the Sales team,- Accounting, and customers.
Manage the logistics team, including Documentation and Operations, by arranging and distributing shipments to team members for efficient and timely customs clearance procedures.
Communicate and coordinate with customers and service providers to facilitate smooth shipment arrangements.
Analyze operational data, summarize operational exceptions, proactively drive internal issue resolution, and streamline standard SOPs.
Handle bookings with airlines/shipping lines/partners, and arrange pickup, trucking, customs clearance, and other related services for clients.

- Graduated from college or university in Maritime Transport, Logistics & Import- Export, or Customs- related fields.
- At least 5 years of management experience in a similar position within the Logistics or Freight Forwarding industry.
- Leadership mindset.
- Chinese language skills preferred.
- Hands- on experience in cargo handling and processing, with direct expertise in customs declaration and clearance.
- Candidates with established relationships with Customs officers are preferred.
