JOB OVERVIEW• We are looking for an accomplished Senior Business Analyst with deep Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in the Retail sector and strong proficiency in English. The ideal candidate will lead business analysis for complex retail projects, work closely with stakeholders to understand and document business needs, and drive innovative, technology- enabled solutions to improve retail operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Requirements & Analysis – Gather, prioritize, and document business needs; map and optimize retail processes (WMS, supply chain, POS, OMS, merchandising, e- commerce).
• Collaboration & Leadership – Build stakeholder partnerships, mentor junior analysts, and foster alignment across teams
• Testing, Change & Training – Lead UAT, manage defects, drive change initiatives, and deliver user training.
• Retail Expertise – Act as SME, advising on operations, trends, and best practices; monitor global market shifts.
• Solution Design & Validation – Collaborate with technical teams to create feasible solutions and ensure deliverables meet requirements.

Must have
• Proven track record in delivering large- scale retail projects (WMS, POS, OMS, CRM, e- commerce, supply chain, etc.).
• Strong analytical, problem- solving, and organizational skills.
• Outstanding communication, facilitation, and presentation skills in English.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years as a retail SME.
• Strong knowledge of retail industry operations, systems, and current market trends.
• Experience working in cross- functional, multicultural teams
• Proficient in business analysis tools (e.g., Visio, Jira, Confluence, BPMN).
Nice to have
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
• Exposure to data analytics and business intelligence tools.
• Experience working with international retail brands or multi- country operations.
• Professional certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI- PBA).
