As a Student Recruitment Manager you will be responsible for leading and managing the B2C sales team focused on selling language educational programs directly to individual consumers. Your primary goal is to build strong and efficient Sales team, drive sales growth, develop effective sales strategies, and build strong customer relationships to increase market share and revenue within the B2C segment.
Finest Future is seeking a Student Recruitment Manager superhero to join the Sales & Marketing team. You will plan and help lead the sales operations in Vietnam- and depending on your numerical skills, language capabilities & connections, other Asian countries we’re expanding into. Job Description

Work closely with the Marketing team for the execution of Sales plan
Build strategies, sales tactics, sales policies, and incentives and compensation plans for the team and train & coach the team to achieve the goals
Work closely as part of sales team to come up with go- to- market strategy, build and manage B2C sales team to hit setted goals
Optimize sales funnel including recruitment, training of new staff, preparation of scripts, preparation of sales schemes
Leading the Sales Team in an area for the entire selling process of identifying customers and creating demand by building relationships to ensure a great customer experience

Key Responsibilities

Assess current team processes and procedures, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement them
Develop and implement comprehensive B2C sales strategies to achieve company goals and objectives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and collaborations to expand market reach
Monitor customer satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance customer experience and retention
Set accurate KPI for salesmen weekly, monthly, and anually in order to meet the company&039;s target for each year
Lead, mentor, train, coach, and manage the B2C sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional campaigns and initiatives to attract and retain customers
Build sales plan and action plan that implement the company&039;s strategies and target
Optimize sales processes, workflows, and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards in all sales activities
Analyze sales data, generate reports, and use insights to make informed decisions and refine sales strategies

To succeed in this role, you must have excellent communication skills in Vietnamese and good communication skills in English.

What do we expect from you
Key Requirements and skills:

It is a big plus if you are interested in Finland or have some previous experience or knowledge of Finland
Results- oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
Understanding the importance of the cooperation of Sales and Marketing teams
Having experiences working with and communicating well with Vietnam’s government departments and agencies related to Education is a big plus.
Attitude to take the initiative
Having networks in Education with high schools in Vietnam is a plus
Proven track record of managing a sales team
An understanding of all the positives and requisites of working in a startup environment at the scale- up phase
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
Strong desire to build a unicorn
High IQ (memory and numerical skills) and EQ that would be required to take Ability and Cognitive tests.

Ability to solve problems proactively

Professional requirements:

3+ years of applicable work experience leading sales
Minimum 5 years of managerial experience in B2C sales; experience in education and consultancy strongly preferred
2+ years of experience working in an international environment
Fluent in English and Vietnamese (Chinese/Japanese/Thai language proficiency are a plus)
