JOB DESCRIPTION
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain accurate customer records in Freshsales CRM for effective follow- ups.
- Analyze feedback to refine sales strategies and improve student retention.
- Work closely with Operations teams to meet sales and retention goals.
- Proactively solve problems and improve processes for better efficiency.
- Plan and execute personal sales targets with clear tracking and adjustments.
- Drive re- enrollment by providing strategic guidance and proactive follow- ups.
- Other tasks assigned by the team leader.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in sales, customer service, or student support.
- Goal- oriented with the ability to plan and achieve targets.
- Experience with CRM systems (Freshsales is a plus).
- Proficient in English and Vietnamese. Chinese is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast- paced, team- oriented environment.
- Proactive problem- solving and adaptability.

Working hours: Total 48 hours/week, Monday to Saturday
