Structure Engineer - Green Renewable Energy

Attend technical meetings with clients, consultants, or inspection agencies as required.
Analyze, design, and propose structural reinforcement solutions that ensure construction efficiency and cost optimization.
Conduct site surveys, assessments, and prepare structural condition reports to support the implementation of rooftop solar power systems.
Supervise and inspect the quality of structural works to ensure compliance with approved designs and relevant technical standards.
Participate in the preparation of structural design documents, construction drawings, and as- built documentation.
Perform structural calculations and assess the load- bearing capacity of buildings before and after solar panel installation to ensure long- term safety.
Review and evaluate structural assessment/verifications provided by contractors; propose adjustments to meet technical requirements and actual site conditions (if necessary).
Collaborate closely with engineering, construction teams, and partners to implement structural solutions on- site.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil and Industrial Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge of light steel structures, corrugated metal roofing, concrete roofs, and structural supports for solar panel systems.
Proficient in structural calculation, design, and proposing practical construction solutions, especially under real- world site conditions.
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings and accurately quantify construction volumes.

Work Experience:

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in structural reinforcement, particularly in renewable energy or rooftop solar power projects.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in structural design and construction.

Computer Skills & Engineering Software:

Familiarity with Tekla, Revit, or 3D modeling software is a plus.
Proficient in AutoCAD, SAP2000, ETABS, and other structural analysis/design software.

Soft Skills:

Strong teamwork and cross- functional coordination skills.
Eagerness to learn and grow within the renewable energy industry.
Willingness to travel to project sites when required.
Logical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive working attitude.
