Job Summary:
As our company expands its operations and adopts more advanced technological solutions, we are seeking a highly organized and detail- oriented Strategy & Operations Assistant to join our team. The position will focus on supporting the implementation and maintenance of our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. Additionally, this role will involve assisting in overall strategy and operations for board of management.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Assistant:
Project Support
Assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and finalizing ERP projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information to ensure smooth project execution.
Help develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these plans.
Stakeholder Communication
Serve as a point of contact for stakeholders, providing updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and gathering feedback.
Ensure all stakeholders are informed of project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
Facilitate communication between project team members, key stakeholders, and external vendors.
Documentation and Reporting:
Assist in the development of training materials and documentation for endusers of the ERP system.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including meeting minutes, action items, and project status reports.
Prepare and distribute regular progress reports to stakeholders and project team members.
Issue Resolution
Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ERP implementation and usage.
Identify and escalate project risks and issues to the Project Manager in a timely manner.
Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within ERP projects.
Strategy and Operations Assistance:
Collaborate with senior management to identify strategic priorities and initiatives.
Assist in the development and implementation of operational strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
Participate in cross functional teams to drive key initiatives and projects forward.
Conduct research, analyze data, and prepare reports to support decision making processes.
Support the implementation of organizational changes and process improvements.
