Strategy Director

Strategy & Growth

Develop new business models/services; provide long- term growth arguments (LTV/CAC, revenue mix).
Analyze market/industry/competitors & consumer trends (especially in e- commerce).
Build a comprehensive 12- 36 month business strategy; architect portfolio & pricing/value strategy.
Expand in Vietnam + SEA: market selection, GTM (Go- To- Market), and market entry roadmap.

Growth & Profit Management

Convert strategy into AOP/OKR; allocate budget & targets by channel/market.
Manage commercial P&L: revenue, margin, value structure; measure ROI/Payback.
Establish leadership- level governance; supervise execution (not daily operations).

Strategic Channels & Partners

Propose growth scenarios and business risk management strategies.
Design JBP (Joint Business Plan)/alliances and commercial policies to optimize sales channels & brand presence.
Build a network of partners in FMCG/cosmetics/retail, e- commerce platforms, logistics, payment, and media/AdTech.

Organization & Leading Change

Build a commercial leadership team; design reward- target mechanisms tied to P&L.
Lead a data- driven, customer- centric culture; communicate & manage company- wide change.

Education:
University degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
MBA is a must
Experience:
Preference for candidates with MBA Certificate or have great experience work oversea.
Strategic vision, ability to analyze market trends and consumer behavior.
Deep understanding of the Vietnamese and Southeast Asian markets.
Expertise in E- commerce, retail, and FMCG business models.
At least 5 years of experience & 3 years as a Manager position in the E- commerce /Retail sector.
Experience in building and implementing business strategies at a company or corporate scale.
Skills:
Good communication skills in English (preference for additional ASEAN regional languages).
Leadership and change management skills.
Strategic thinking, excellent decision- making, and problem- solving skills.
Strong negotiation, persuasion, and partner management skills.
