RESPONSIBILITIES/ JOB DESCRIPTION:

STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT & EXECUTION:
Collaborate with cross- functional teams to execute business strategies
Create financial models and projections to support strategic decision- making
Develop strategic plans to drive business growth and achieve company goals
BUSINESS & RELATIONSHIP DEVELOPMENT:
Develop and implement marketing strategies, activities, and documents
Coordinate new businesses, including sourcing, product/application positioning,proposals & presentation, relationship maintenance
Stay updated on market trends and changes, scan relevant industries, andstakeholders for potential collaboration opportunities
GRANT & FUNDING APPLICATION:
Develop grant proposals to effectively communicate the business model
Research and identify potential grant opportunities
Deliver pitches/presentations to demonstrate the business potential & impact
Other ad- hoc tasks by requests (e.g., internal sharing & training, data processing & report,etc.)

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

EDUCATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor’s degree from top Vietnamese or foreign universities with majors in Business, Food/Animal Science, Biotechnology
AT LEAST 2 YEARS of relevant experience. Preferably with strong Strategy/ ProjectCoordination/ Business Development background
IELTS 6.5 or equivalent (Fluency in English is a must)
SKILL SET & ATTITUDE:
Logical/critical thinking & Problem- solving skills
Strong interpersonal & communication skills
Active listening, self- containing, self- learning and proactive
Ability to multitask, work under pressure, teamwork with high responsibility andadaptability

International and domestic travel (customers, fairs, field visit) might be required
