The company sells lingerie, women&039;s clothing and cosmetics through catalogs (producing more than 375 million copies per year), websites and stores in the US.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Supervision

Supervise, control, coach, and review performance of own human resources, enhance skills in order to ensure availability of competent human resources as well as enhance division’s performance.

Merchandising

Supervise, control, and perform implementation of store merchandising plan for existing brands including store inventory level in order to increase sales and profit hence support organization’s goals.

Store Operation

Supervise, control, and perform store- wide operations activities covering people management, protection of company asset, inventory management, customer servicing following standard operating procedures in order to increase sales, ensure customer satisfaction and compliance to SOP.

Administration

Prepare administrative report for store operational including weekly sales, absence, petty cash, and work order in order to ensure tidy, reliable, accurate, and timely information.

QUALIFICATION

Strong organizational & time management skills.
Education – Bachelor degree in any field.
Special skills- Sales Closing skills and fluent in English.
Ability to organize, multi- task and prioritize tasks.
Self- motivated with excellent communication and relationship- management skills.
Experience – Over 2 years of experience at the same role.
Able to lead, train and motivate a team of high- achieving salespeople and understand the demands of running a retail business with proven track record.
