Store Supervisor (F&B)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, maintain excellent customer service, and support our barista team. This role ensures operational consistency, product quality, and smooth coordination on the shop floor.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Store Operations
• Support the Assistant Store Manager and cover operational duties during their absence.
• Assist with store setup and service for outside events (catering, fairs, activations).
• Coordinate with suppliers and handle basic maintenance or emergency situations.
• Oversee daily operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, and store maintenance.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety regulations, food hygiene, and store cleanliness.
Team Management
• Train, mentor, and supervise baristas to ensure consistent beverage preparation and service quality.
• Assist HR and ASM in recruitment when required.
• Conduct shift scheduling and manage staffing levels to optimize cost and performance.
• Provide constructive feedback and identify areas for improvement.
Product & Beverage Quality
• Manage beverage data, product freshness, and presentation standards.
• Monitor quality control for coffee, chocolate beverages, desserts, and alcoholic drinks.
• Ensure all products meet the brand&039;s quality expectations before serving.
Customer Service
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally.
• Collaborate with Sales for customer orders when needed.
• Train staff on service standards and product knowledge.
• Support customer interactions through Food Apps, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.
Administration
• Support promotional events, product launches, and marketing initiatives.
• Manage purchase orders, ensure stock availability, and control waste.
• Perform administrative tasks including timekeeping, reporting, and inventory tracking.
Yêu cầu công việc
Communication and leadership skills;
Diploma or degree in food service management or related field will be an advantage;
Mastery in delegating multiple tasks and motivating team;
Exceptional customer service orientation;
Fluently in English and Vietnamese in writing and communication;
Ability to manage personnel and meet financial targets;
Up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices;
Creative close to the F&B culture- Passion for chocolate and food;
Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently;
Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in the retail and food and beverage industry;
At least 1- year experience in the same position
